Gordon Sharpe has worked on a number of stations over the years, these include hospital radio, RSL's, community radio and now on the Internet.
Interest in being on the radio goes back to the 1970s, when Pennine Radio started in Bradford and Gordon was often there in the studios, answering phones or sitting in on live shows. He started DJing in 1975 and was still a nightclub DJ until 2008. He then gave his daytime attention to launching a community radio station on the outskirts of Doncaster. He spent almost 7 years there, but then became ill, not helped with the pressures of dealing with bad management, and was unable to return. He's now registered disabled and stuck at home a lot, unable to work, so he's trying to carry on doing what he loves best - presenting radio shows!
'Gordons Goldies' is a show where you will here some golden oldies ('Goldies') that you may never have heard before. These could be follow up singles that failed to chart, album tracks or almost anything from the archives.

'Remember Then' is a half hour of music from one year, your task is to work out the year before I tell you at the end.
